Before submitting the complaint/grievance form, ask yourself the following:

• Am I just whining, or is this a legitimate issue with a member or an aspect of the organization?
  
• If able, have I tried to resolve the issue at the lowest possible; have you tried to resolve it yourself?

Be sure to CLEARLY, ACCURATELY, and UNEMOTIONALLY state what your problem/issue is, and how you think it negatively affects you, the guild, and or the guild membership.
